As soon as the payment is approved, the design shows up in My account → My purchases, where you download a ZIP with every format. We also email you.
Which formats are included?
We include PES, DST, JEF, EXP, VP3, XXX and HUS, covering Brother, Tajima, Janome, Bernina, Husqvarna, Singer and most industrial machines. Each product lists the exact files.
Can I sell what I stitch?
Yes. Every design comes with a commercial license: you can stitch it and sell the finished products. Sharing, reselling or publishing the files is not allowed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
In Argentina you pay through Mercado Pago (cards, account balance or cash). From abroad, message us on WhatsApp to pay in USD.
Do you make custom designs?
Yes. Upload your logo or drawing, we send you a quote, you pay online and download the design from your account.
What if there is a problem with a file?
Message us with your order number. If the file is damaged or does not open, we send you a fixed one, and if it cannot be fixed, we refund you (see our Refund policy).
